This role involves providing ongoing education and training to HCPs on the optimal use of the respiratory inhaler and its role in managing Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The goal is to assist HCPs in identifying and managing COPD patients, aiming to reduce hospital admissions and improve patient quality of life. Additionally, there is a focus on encouraging and supporting HCPs to adopt the chronic disease program's preventative care model, while providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
