​Claire is an experienced recruiter with over 15 years’ experience across both agency and in-house roles, working across finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, operations and business support positions. She is a qualified CPA, giving her a strong understanding of how businesses operate and how important the right hire is to making things work.

She has worked across Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and Australia, giving her a strong understanding of different markets and hiring needs, and takes a practical, relationship-led approach to recruitment.

Claire has managed end-to-end recruitment processes throughout her career and is known for her ability to build strong candidate relationships, manage expectations and consistently deliver positive outcomes for both clients and candidates.

She takes a straightforward, people-focused approach and places a strong emphasis on communication, quality and finding the right fit.
