Associate Advisor – Financial Planning

South Leinster


We are partnering with a well-established and growing professional services firm to recruit an Associate Advisor to join their Financial Planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated financial services professional to work closely with Partners and specialist teams, delivering high-quality advice and long-term financial planning solutions to a diverse client base.

With offices across the country, you'll be based in the one most convenient to your location. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and savings
  • Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to growing the client portfolio
  • Work closely with senior advisors and local teams to assess and respond to client needs
  • Maintain a high standard of compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the financial planning team

Required:
  • QFA qualified (essential)
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in financial services, with a focus on client-facing advisory
  • Strong understanding of financial planning products and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused with a strong service ethic
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business development
  • Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
  • A collaborative team player with high levels of integrity
