Our Client, a genomics solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Executive to manage customer interactions and oversee logistics operations at their advanced genetics laboratory in Dublin. The role involves coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient service delivery. The position requires close collaboration with various departments, suppliers, and the commercial team to maintain stock levels, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure process improvements. The role also involves regular reporting and analysis of service and logistics metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Coordination: Oversee order fulfillment, coordinate with suppliers, and manage shipping documents.

  2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and maintain accurate records.

  3. Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, update customer records, and report on queries and stock.

  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in customer service and logistics processes.

  5. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on customer service, logistics, and inventory.

  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and laboratory teams to align efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and data analysis.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

A third-level qualification is desirable but not essential.
