- Lead the development and execution of strategic and business development plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Business Development:
- Play a crucial role in the company’s future development by driving business development initiatives.
- Oversee the identification of market opportunities and the development of strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans for all product lines.
- Financial Management:
- Construct and administer budgets for all divisions, ensuring effective financial management and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance and take proactive measures to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen in managing the overall profitability of the MedScience Distribution business.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, government agencies, industry officials, and other stakeholders.
- Manage new and existing client relationships, from product definition to contract execution and ongoing account management.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and principals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Lead and manage the implementation of activities approved in the Business Plan, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Ensure that the Service Department operates efficiently and effectively, delivering best-in-class service to customers.
