Are you a strategic dealmaker who thrives on turning hospital relationships into real patient impact? We're looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager to drive the market success of a leading biologic therapy across hospital settings.

What you'll own:
Strategic Account Management : Build trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders and lead high-stakes tender submissions and contract negotiations.
Sales & Business Development: Hit ambitious targets, uncover new opportunities in hospitals and specialty care centres, and deliver compelling presentations that move decision-makers.
Market Access & Health Economics: Champion value-based arguments and budget impact models that get biologics onto hospital formularies.
Clinical Collaboration: Partner with medical affairs to bring real-world evidence to life, and represent the brand at advisory boards and conferences.
Forecasting & Territory Management: Own your pipeline, your numbers, and your patch - with full autonomy to make it happen.
Compliance: Operate with integrity, ensuring every promotional activity meets the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
What you bring:
- A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Business, or similar (advanced degree a plus)

- Sharp commercial instincts, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Comfort working autonomously across regions - and a passport ready for travel
If you're energised by complex sales cycles, love building long-term partnerships, and want to make a measurable difference in hospital care, we want to hear from you.
