Job Title: Maintenance Administrator
Location: Dublin

My Client is a well-established facilities management company providing a wide range of maintenance services across Dublin. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients through a skilled mobile team and trusted subcontractors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Maintenance Administrator to join our team. While the role involves administration, it is very much hands-on and requires excellent communication and follow-up skills. you will be actively managing jobs and liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and log maintenance requests from clients via phone or email.
- Create job sheets using the company’s job management system (ABM), assigning a unique job number.
- Coordinate jobs with internal mobile teams (carpenters, roofers, general operations) or subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, glaziers, etc.).
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, confirm timelines, and provide updates.
- Track job costs, including time and materials, ensuring accurate billing.
- Maintain records for each job, ensuring completion and invoicing are processed correctly.
- Follow up persistently until each job is fully resolved.
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up until jobs are completed.
- Practical, reliable, and capable of working independently.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or retail
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
