Medical Science Liaison, Urological Oncology - Global Pharmaceuticals - Ireland

Our client, a leading pharmaceuticals organization are looking to hire a Medical Science Liaison on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client has a significant global presence and have an ever expanding footprint across the generics and biosimilars space. Working across multiple therapy areas and geographies, this organization is collectively driven in their mission to improve patient's lives and enhance global health. Joining an established team of industry experts, you will have the opportunity to learn and expand your expertise under strong and approachable leadership.

In this brand new role, you will act as an in-field medical expert providing non-promotional insights on a Urological Oncology product.  You will be involved in providing medical expertise to support the development and execution of healthcare-related initiatives, communicating complex medical information to internal and external stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to ensure compliance with medical and regulatory requirements. You will take an active role in building partnerships with your target KOL/HCP community, attending relevant conferences and remain abreast of developments in the therapy area. 

If you have experience in Oncology that’s a bonus, but not essential.

Requirements:

• Previous Medical Affairs experience, preferably in oncology

• PhD/Masters or equivalent qualification

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical medicine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze scientific data and provide recommendations

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and ethical principles

• Experience in medical affairs or related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills
