Job Description

In your role as Operations & Supply Chain Executive, you will report directly to the COO, gaining exposure to all business areas while supporting commercial growth and international expansion.

You will contribute to the success of the business through daily activities that will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

  • Support inventory management and planning
  • Engage with logistics suppliers to ensure a smooth, reliable and efficient supply chain
  • Support Commercial Operations, including the fulfilment of sales orders globally
  • Ownership of various CRM data management and data entry requirements
  • Management of Head Office-related operations, including coordination of contractors and office service providers, ensuring the smooth function of the facility
  • Preparation and circulation of reports on key commercial and operational performance metrics
  • Support the finance team by capturing and entering performance data and projections
  • Support induction and training for new hires across the business

Experience & Desired Skills

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a regulated industry and will understand quality processes, particularly relating to ISO-13485. They should have 2–3 years of experience in industry roles and/or a relevant qualification to Level 8 or equivalent.

  • Excellent attention to detail; dependable and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask, with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to take ownership of work
  • Ability to think independently
  • Ability to clearly, succinctly and accurately write procedures suitable for inclusion in a Quality Management System
  • Comfortable using a central database and shared folders within a Quality Management System

Preferable skills to include:

  • Understanding and experience of the following regulations and standards: ISO 13485, ISO 14971
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Experience working with logistics suppliers and customers
    • Experience working within a small team
