Our client, an established community pharmacy group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Mullingar.

The Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy while delivering a high standard of patient and customer care.

The Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy while delivering a high standard of patient and customer care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dispensing medications under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Supporting the pharmacist with the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.
- Managing stock, processing orders and receiving deliveries.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient dispensing processes.
- Managing PCRS claims and reimbursement procedures.
- Ensuring compliance across relevant PCRS schemes.
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care.
- Working effectively as part of a busy pharmacy team.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in Ireland.
- Recognised Irish Pharmacy Technician qualification (desired).
- Previous experience with PCRS claims compliance and reimbursement procedures is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
- From €17.50+ per hour DOE
