Process Technician

Process Technician 

Reporting to the site Engineering Manager, the Process Technician will support the manufacturing lines and facility to ensure daily performance and outputs and targets are achieved.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of all manufacturing and plant equipment in a timely manner.

  • Manages and executes all routine preventative maintenance, unplanned maintenance and calibration for the facility

  • Implements process improvements so that line performance is enhanced, improving outputs, reducing cost of quality and continuously improving line OEE.

  • Prepares and executes appropriate documentation associated with quality and regulatorily environment in which the business operates. 

  • Will work as part of a team on new Capex introductions into the facility.

 
Requirements:

  • Technical qualification in Manufacturing or Mechanical / Automation Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Good working knowledge of control, electrical and mechanical systems

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in and industrial manufacturing setting. Medical device, pharmaceutical or FMCG desirable.
