Qualified Tax Advisor – Claremorris, Co. Mayo

Our client is a well-established professional services organisation with a strong local presence and a nationwide network. They provide a wide range of professional services to businesses, farmers, families and individuals and are now looking to appoint a Qualified Tax Advisor to join their team in Claremorris, Co. Mayo.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional to develop meaningful client relationships and provide a full range of tax compliance and advisory services, while working alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to develop strong, meaningful client relationships.
• Deliver a full suite of tax compliance and advisory services with the support of the existing team.
• Provide support to senior accountants on technical tax queries.
• Engage with Revenue in relation to client matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified AITI/CTA.
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice environment.
• An interest in pursuing a rewarding, long-term career within the organisation.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Strong technical expertise across all tax heads.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively analyse and resolve client issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Flexible and well organised.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and liaise with other departments.
