Senior Qualified Accountant – Wexford Town

Our client is a well-established professional services organisation with a strong local presence and a nationwide network. They provide a wide range of professional services to businesses, farmers, families and individuals and are now looking to appoint a Senior Qualified Accountant to join their team in Wexford Town.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to manage their own portfolio of clients, develop long-term client relationships and take on responsibility for managing a team and scheduling client assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
• Prepare Personal and Corporate Tax returns for farmers, businesses and companies.
• Complete consultancy assignments.
• Deliver client assignments in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage a team and schedule client assignments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Motivated self-starter with an ambition to continue progressing their career.
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Resident of Ireland.
• More than 5 years' post-qualification experience in practice would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience across all aspects of Irish taxation.
