Title: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
Role Type: Permanent 
Location: South Dublin 

Force Recruitment have partnered with a leading nutritional supplement company based in South Dublin, to hire an experienced Supply Chain Co-Ordinator on a full time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for managing the total supply chain process, and would suit someone with 2-4 years’ experience working in supply chain, within the food supplement or pharmaceutical industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Negotiate, manage, and evaluate vendors and contracts ensuring compliance and optimal terms while maintaining productive relationships.

  • Order and Inventory Management: Efficiently place and manage purchase orders, oversee inventory levels, and implement strategies to ensure accuracy and optimal stock management.

  • Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate collections and shipments with logistics partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Maintain good partnerships and customer relations.

  • Financial and Data Analysis: Analyse vendor proposals, costs, sales, and inventory data to manage budgets, forecast demand, and optimize financial goals.

  • Strategic Project Management: Manage multiple projects across the supply chain, aligning vendor selection and supply chain strategies with broader organizational objectives. 


Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.

  • 3 years’ + years’ experience in supply chain management or logistics.

  • Experience in the food supplement, or pharmaceutical industry is desirable

  • Strong experience with Sage 200, Excel, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Additional Details:

  • Permanent, Full-time contract

  • Working Hours  9.00am – 5.30pm

  • Annual leave = 23 days per annum, (+ Good Friday)  

  • Contributory Pension
