Job Title: Territory Manager – Wound Care (Medical Devices)
Location: Dublin / Northeast Ireland (National Territory)
Type: Flexible (3, 4 or 5 days per week)


Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Territory Manager to join a growing Wound Care Division. This role offers the opportunity to represent a portfolio of four established brands within the acute care setting, supporting healthcare professionals in improving patient outcomes across a national territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across a national territory, with a primary focus on hospital accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians and procurement teams
  • Promote a portfolio of wound care products across key specialties including Dermatology, Burns, Vascular, Orthopaedics, and Trauma
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both acute and community settings
  • Deliver product training, clinical support, and education to healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business objectives and market growth
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecasts

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience in medical device or healthcare sales, or a strong desire to step up into a Territory Manager role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a national territory independently
  • Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
  • Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Desirable:

  • Experience selling into hospital environments
  • Exposure to wound care or related therapy areas
  • Clinical background or strong clinical understanding
