About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Manager to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of expansion. This role is field-based, covering the Ireland Midlands territory, and offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, and QC industrial laboratories.

The majority of your time will initially be spent driving new business across the territory and portfolio, with the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships within the existing customer base. You will also provide technical expertise across a diverse and innovative product range.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the clinical and industrial divisions
• Grow current sales and accounts through proactive customer engagement
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical support, and troubleshooting
• Organise and represent the organisation at meetings and industry exhibitions
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales forecasts
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports in the CRM system
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends

Product Portfolio

You’ll represent two divisions, both offering a comprehensive range of products:

• Clinical division: Provides hospital laboratories with third-party quality control and instrumentation
• Industrial division: Supports pharmaceutical customers with contamination control strategies and QC microbiology laboratory solutions
