Territory Manager - Skincare & Beauty - Munster & South Leinster

We are partnered with a well-known and well-regarded Irish Sales, Marketing distrubution business who are seeking a Territory Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Covering Munster & South Leinster, the Territory Manager will be tasked with delivering on all sales targets and growing the market share for all promoted products across their assigned territory. In terms of portfolio, you will be assigned five product lines across their Skincare & Beauty range.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities           

  • Sales and promotion of a portfolio of products within an agreed territory.

  • Developing excellent business relationships with all of our customers is a key element of the role.

  • Opening new accounts by seeking out Business Development opportunities.

  • Demonstrate the highest professional standards at all times when representing the company and its clients.

  • Have intimate knowledge of territory and competitors which results in a high level of business management on territory.

  • Provide feedback to your line manager relating to your territory strategy, customer status and competitor activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Company ethical, business standards & policies and at all times maintaining & sustaining the company’s integrity.

  • Have an excellent working  knowledge of all promoted  products.

  • Implement sales strategy and plans to increase sales and market share.

  • Responsible for appropriate investment of budget expenditure which results in return on investment.

  • Provide positive and constructive collaboration & communication with both internal & external customers.

  • Work with territory partner where applicable, to an agreed journey cycle plan

  • Identify and follow up on business potential and opportunities including organising and running meetings.

  • To assist in the development of the company’s Beauty portfolio business to ensure achievement of all agreed annual volume, revenue and profit targets.


Skills/Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:

  • Educated to third level or equivalent standard

  • Goal orientated, independent and commercially driven.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.

  • Computer literate with knowledge of word processing applications and Excel spreadsheets.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.

Other Considerations

  • Full Clean Driving Licence

  • Willingness to travel with overnight stay
