What does a Managing Director – Modular Solutions do in construction?
Develop and execute a division-specific strategic plan aligned with wider corporate and group-level growth targets. Provide full P&L leadership and operational oversight to ensure all contracts operate at maximum efficiency, output, and profitability. Identify scalable market opportunities and lead tendering proposals, bid management, and client engagement models. Oversee product development, offsite production processes, and modern methods of construction (MMC) innovations.
