Business Development Manager (BDM) - Medical Devices

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will spearhead sales strategies to secure new opportunities with both new and existing customers in Ireland, focusing on sectors like Medical Device OEMs, Contract Manufacturers, Design Firms, Startups, and Component Manufacturers. They will ensure a successful market entry by establishing a new presence and strategically implementing our offerings.

Understanding individual client needs is key, and the BDM will tailor solutions accordingly, emphasizing consultation and problem-solving. Building relationships with decision-makers across functions is crucial, as is overseeing tasks from lead generation to supply agreement negotiation.

In addition to new business, the BDM will maintain relationships with existing customers, collaborating closely with Customer Service. They'll also keep a pulse on the market and industry, updating marketing and commercial strategies accordingly, and collaborating with Marketing on advertising, promotions, and trade shows.
