We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to join an established accountancy practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of statutory financial statements, management accounts, and year-end accounts.
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries.
- Preparation and review of corporation tax, VAT, and income tax returns.
- Providing proactive business advisory services, including cashflow forecasting and financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with Irish GAAP/FRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Liaising directly with clients to provide timely and practical financial guidance.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members where required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client efficiencies.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish accounting standards and tax compliance.
- Experience managing a client portfolio.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
