Electrical Team Lead - Permanent - Mullingar 
Job Description 
Our client, a robotics and automation for manufacturing solutions provider, are looking to recruit an Electrical Team Lead to their team in Mullingar.

The Electrical Team Lead will have responsibility for Electrical Build and team including personnel.They will be responsible for signing off on all electrical build aspects of the machines and standards.
As a team leader, they will provide guidance and instruction to the members of their team as they collectively work on a project or a portfolio of projects. Responsible for delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed. Mentoring Apprenticeships & Electrical trainees.
Support and guidance will be provided by senior management as requested/ necessary.

Requirements:

• Electrical qualification required

• Technical experience required

• Systems experience required

• Proven track record of supervising/ managing teams

• Ability to motivate teams and drive high-quality performance

• Ability to plan, prioritise and delegate tasks, and manage time effectively

• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project)
