Engagement and Employer Brand Specialist
Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement & Communications professional to join their team on a 14 month temporary basis. With exciting developments at site and plans for expansion, it's a great time to join!
This person will play a critical role in enhancing the EVP, employer brand awareness and delivering on internal/external communication projects with the ultimate aim of attracting and engaging the right talent. You will report into a supportive, engaged and dedicated manager who will sponsor, mentor and encourage you to deliver on the company communications strategy.

Key role deliverables:
- Map out a strategy to deliver on the department and project objectives within Ireland.
- Engage with key stakeholder groups in delivering on aligned projects.
- Develop innovative and engaging omnichannel content.
- Support with process optimisation and be committed to process improvement.
- Prepare content that will inform, educate and attract the relevant talent.
- Use your influencing skills to secure stakeholder buy in and get stakeholder engagement with relevant business cases.
- Collaborate with the local team and partner with counterparts in the UK.
Role requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level education (communications, marketign, PR) or direct professional experience
- Experience working in a digital marketing, internal communications, PR or agency communications account management experience. Ideally, you will have experience working in employee engagement projects and internal communications.
- Project management experience, particulalry working in a matrix enviroment.
- Experience developing business cases, influencing stakeholders and securing engagement with initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels.
- Confident influencer and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative thinker with an inherent quality focus.
