Head of HR, Ireland
We are supporting a global pharmaceutical organization in Ireland in the search for a strategic and operational HR leader to guide the Irish affiliate and serve as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a business partner to local leadership, offering strategic and operational HR support.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on personnel management, recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation, development, and retention.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection processes.

Manage employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with internal standards and legal requirements.

Stay current with Irish employment and labor law to ensure compliance.

Oversee accurate and timely execution of all HR administrative processes.

Maintain and optimise HR systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.

Manage all aspects of personnel administration and payroll in collaboration with external providers.

Plan and execute annual HR processes (e.g. compensation reviews, bonus schemes).

Coordinate and lead both local and international HR projects.

Oversee areas such as mobility (fleet), facilities, office management, health & safety, and sustainability.

Manage internal communications for the affiliate in close coordination with global headquarters.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management.

In-depth knowledge of Irish labor law and social security regulations.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in MS Office;
Experience:
-
Extensive experience in a comparable HR leadership role within an international environment.
