About the Role
We’re seeking a tech-savvy and proactive HR Administrator who’s passionate about people and process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early HR experience looking to develop in a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation.
You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth employee experiences, and contributing to process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.

Act as first point of contact for employee queries.

Maintain and optimise HRIS systems and employee records.

Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.

Assist with compliance, reporting, and data accuracy.

Collaborate with payroll and finance to ensure smooth data flow.

Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role.

Understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.

Strong MS Office and HRIS proficiency.

Detail-oriented problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
