HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a reputable company in Mullingar. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing thier EHS & Wellbeing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate initiatives to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement EHS & Wellbeing policies and procedures.
Conduct regular EHS & Wellbeing audits and assessments.
Provide training and support to staff on EHS & Wellbeing matters.
Monitor and report on EHS & Wellbeing performance metrics.
Investigate and resolve EHS & Wellbeing incidents and issues.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in EHS & Wellbeing practices.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate EHS & Wellbeing into all business processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on EHS & Wellbeing.
In-depth knowledge of EHS & Wellbeing regulations and best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
