Key Account Manager – Aesthetic – South London / Hampshire – 12 month FTC

Force are proud to be supporting a leading pharmaceutical company in their search for an Aesthetics Key Account Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in promoting the Aesthetics product range to UK Health professionals, driving sales and opening new business opportunities within the South London and Hampshire geographic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell Aesthetic products to Doctors, Dentists, and Nurses while adhering to the ABPI Code of Practice and Company Standards.

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan, leveraging available data and receiving support from your line manager.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and customer segments.

  • Identify and generate sales leads, cultivating opportunities for business growth.

  • Liaise with influencers to promote the range of products.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and trainers.

  • Demonstrate high standards of product knowledge.

  • Submit monthly activity updates and reports within agreed timelines.

  • Manage and monitor the territory promotional budget plan.

  • Collaborate with Brand Managers, Field Force Advisory Board, and internal departments via your line manager.

  • Attend company meetings, which may include evenings, weekends, and periods away from home.


Your Experience:

  • Experience selling and promoting Aesthetic products (i.e. Skin Peels, Fillers, restoration etc)

  • Science graduate/graduate calibre, preferably with at least five years of pharmaceutical and NHS experience.

  • Proven track record of achievement and improved personal and business performance.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Confident, quick-thinking, responsive, and solution-oriented.

  • Strong work ethic with high levels of energy, resilience, integrity, and honesty.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Computer literate.

  • ABPI Certified.
