A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an accomplished senior leader to join its local leadership team and provide strategic oversight across medical,and regulatory functions.

This role offers the opportunity to shape medical strategy, drive high-quality scientific engagement, and lead multidisciplinary teams within a complex, highly regulated environment. Acting as a key internal and external representative, the successful candidate will influence both business strategy and the organisation’s scientific reputation.

Key requirements include:

• Advanced degree in medicine or a related scientific discipline

• Significant leadership experience within medical affairs, or regulatory functions

• Proven ability to lead senior teams and operate across complex stakeholder landscapes

• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and scientific standards

• Strategic mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills
