Job description
My Client is an international Company and they are looking for a Payrol Adminstrator to work on their team.
Management of vehicle tracking system for all road-based crews
Benefits administration using a variety of online systems
Reconciliation of benefit and payroll payments
Process employee reimbursements
Preparation of weekly/ monthly payroll reporting and processing
Preparation of payment information using Brightpay payroll software, appropriately applying benefits such as BIK, pensions, healthcare, etc.
Payroll reporting including absenteeism, benefits, working time and BIK
Ensuring weekly times are entered for all site and office based staff within deadline
