Job description

My Client is an international Company and they are looking for a Payrol Adminstrator to work on their team.

  • Management of vehicle tracking system for all road-based crews

  • Benefits administration using a variety of online systems

  • Reconciliation of benefit and payroll payments

  • Process employee reimbursements

  • Preparation of weekly/ monthly payroll reporting and processing

  • Preparation of payment information using Brightpay payroll software, appropriately applying benefits such as BIK, pensions, healthcare, etc.

  • Payroll reporting including absenteeism, benefits, working time and BIK 

    • Ensuring weekly times are entered for all site and office based staff within deadline
