Role Overview

The Territory Manager will:

  • Drive sales performance and increase market share across the West & Northwest region.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent and build brands in the skincare and beauty portfolio.
  • Combine sales strategy, training delivery, and relationship management in a field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with national strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow distribution within existing accounts
  • Effectively launch and promote new products and brands

 

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with:
  • Pharmacies
  • Skincare clinics
  • Beauty professionals and retail partners
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide tailored commercial solutions
  • Negotiate promotions, product listings, and in-store activities in line with company guidelines

 

Brand Representation & Education

  • Serve as brand ambassador for Pharmed’s skincare and beauty brands.
  • Train pharmacy and clinic staff on products and brand philosophy.
  • Support promotional events, merchandising, and demonstrations.

 

Territory & Administration Management

  • Plan an effective call cycle and keep accurate sales reporting.
  • Manage expenses and assets responsibly.
  • Stay updated on competitors, trends, and customer insights.

 

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven sales and territory management experience within;
  • Beauty or healthcare distribution
  • Skincare / dermo-cosmetics
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and time management.
  • Full clean Irish driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

 

Desirable

  • Experience with dermo-cosmetics or skincare brands.
  • Existing contacts with pharmacies or clinics in the territory.
  • Background in pharmacy, beauty therapy, or science.
  • Experience delivering training.
