The Role

The role of a Primary Care Representative is to build long term relationships with GPs, practice nurses and community pharmacist in the Primary Care Setting to achieve sales and distribution targets of our client’s brands through professional negotiation.

Candidates must be confident, personable, motivated and enthusiastic in order to handle the autonomy of managing their own territory and exceeding our client’s expectations.

We are always open to meeting candidates who are interested in new opportunities from senior experienced medical representatives to entry level candidates who may have a background in science, nursing or related discipline and be eager to break into the Pharmaceutical sales arena.

All Therapeutic expertise/experience welcome, for example Diabetes, Respiratory, Cardiology, Neurology etc as well as people with experience in Medical Devices and consumables.

Skill Base

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• Ability and confidence to work on own initiative
• Territory management experience
• A background in science, nursing or related discipline and / or has passed the Medical representative Institute of Ireland examination
• Has a competitive nature to exceed expectations
