Production Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a team in a GMP-regulated environment, and ensure production targets are consistently met while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.

• Lead, motivate, and support production staff, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.

• Monitor output, quality, and downtime, taking corrective actions where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, health & safety, and company policies at all times.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.

• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.

• Support training and development of team members.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, ideally in medical devices, pharma, or another GMP-regulated industry.

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a production environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
