Project Manager – Medical Device (Injection Moulding)
The Project Manager leads a cross-functional team to successfully develop, commercialise and deliver new and existing projects.
Strategize, coordinate, and oversee project activities to achieve project goals and meet both project and product standards, ensuring alignment with company quality and operational protocols.
Allocate appropriate resources to support the project team effectively.
Identify project stakeholders and develop communication strategies to foster relationships and address stakeholder needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress closely, providing regular updates and establishing robust tracking processes for progress and expenditure.
Manage project finances, tracking budgetary constraints and profitability targets to achieve predetermined return on investment objectives.
Mentor team members to ensure adherence to processes and proficient project management, leveraging best practices.
Produce clear, comprehensive, and high-calibre project documentation.
Address issues promptly and collaboratively with stakeholders, focusing on solutions.
Mitigate risks and handle change requests effectively.
Conduct thorough post-project evaluations and propose enhancements to optimize ongoing project support structures.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance, actively participating in the Quality Management System.
Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to implementing corrective measures and continuous enhancement initiatives.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, encompassing quality standards, financial oversight, and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Program Management, or similar.
PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
Thorough understanding and familiarity with the entire project life cycle from conceptualization to qualification, particularly in highly regulated GMP, high-volume manufacturing environments, with demonstrated experience in this domain.
Extensive expertise in injection moulding and mould tooling.
Strong proficiency in project management, process enhancement, budgetary control, and strategic planning, backed by tangible achievements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) principles, preferably ISO 13485.
Proficiency in utilizing tools like Microsoft Suites, particularly MS Project.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Willingness and ability to travel for company-related business engagements.
