Our client is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support their QA Systems Document Management Team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in life sciences or pharmacy and experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing controlled documentation and digital record systems

• Supporting and training users on documentation systems

• Ensuring GMP/GDP compliance through audits, training, and metrics reporting

• Authoring and reviewing QA procedures and contributing to CAPAs and change control

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field

• Strong understanding of cGMP in manufacturing or systems compliance

• A collaborative team player with excellent prioritization and communication skills
