Regional Demand Planning Lead – Pharmaceuticals | Director/Associate Director Level
Location: Dublin

An industry-leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Regional Demand Planning Lead to oversee demand planning activities across multiple markets in the MEA region. This high-impact role serves as the critical link between local markets and the global supply chain, driving accurate forecasting, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead demand consensus meetings and support S&OP/S&OE processes.

• Drive forecast accuracy using sales, marketing, and industry trend analysis.

• Partner with commercial, finance, and supply teams to manage risks and optimize plans.

• Support new product launches, tenders, and product discontinuations.

• Monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to improve forecasting and supply chain performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years in demand planning within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors.

• Proven experience working with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and analytics tools (Excel, Tableau).

• Strong stakeholder engagement across VP/Director-level leadership.

• Solid understanding of cGMP, regulatory environments, and compliance standards.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
