About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing process equipment is maintained, supported, and available to optimize production efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in maintenance best practices, CMMS systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) is essential. An additional qualification in mechatronics, automation, or business/management would be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, with proven experience in technical team leadership.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of process equipment maintenance best practices, including CMMS and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance).
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.
Communication: Excellent influencing, written, and verbal communication skills.
Initiative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Financial Acumen: Strong numerical and budgeting skills with the ability to leverage CMMS for maintenance efficiencies.
Continuous Improvement: Experience implementing best practices with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency.

- Oversee the maintenance and availability of all manufacturing process equipment.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule and track maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment uptime.
- Implement best practices in spare part management to minimize operational disruption.
- Provide technical input to maintenance-related quality incidents and implement initiatives to improve Maintenance RFT (Right First Time) tasks.
- Continuously assess and enhance the maintenance structure, standardizing approaches and practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical support team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective performance management, communication, and recognition within the team.
- Manage and support Maintenance CI (Continuous Improvement) programs, including cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize processes.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, presenting updates on maintenance activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
