Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in the Midlands, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support ongoing growth and innovation within its injection molding operations. This is a key technical role focused on process optimization, new product introduction, and continuous improvement across tooling, automation, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process development for new and existing tooling

• Optimize manufacturing using SPC and DOE techniques

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements

• Collaborate cross-functionally and support training initiatives

• Maintain documentation in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Plastics Engineering

• 4–5+ years’ experience in injection molding (medical, packaging, or tech industries preferred)

• Strong knowledge of tooling, automation, and multi-component molding

• Proficient in SPC, DOE, lean tools (WCM, SMED, JIT, Kaizen)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
