Force Recruitment, in partnership with a leading Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, are seeking a skilled Downstream Technology Transfer MT Engineer to support process validation and technical operations at our Client's Multi Product Cell Culture (MPCC) Facility in Dublin. This role involves leading tech transfer activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expertise on downstream processes like purification and viral reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tech transfer and process validation for new products

• Author technical documentation (protocols, SOPs, reports)

• Implement process improvements and support troubleshooting

• Represent the site during regulatory inspections

Qualifications:

• BSc (or equivalent) with 3+ years in drug substance manufacturing support

• Strong cGMP and regulatory knowledge

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
