Our client, a privately owned Irish manufacturing company in Longford, is seeking an experienced and driven Validation Engineer to join its high-performing team. This hands-on role supports new product introductions, tool qualifications, and ensures compliance with ISO 13485/14001 in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)

• Support continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives

• Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards

• Conduct risk assessments, FAT/SAT testing, and root cause analyses

• Contribute to QMS enhancement and audit readiness

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or equivalent

• 2+ years’ experience in validation within injection moulding or medical manufacturing

• Proficient in statistical tools (e.g. Minitab, SPC)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
