Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role involves a variety of warehouse functions including picking and packing orders, pallet wrapping, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining an organized stock area. A forklift license would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
•Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists.
•Box and prepare customer orders for shipment.
•Wrap pallets securely to ensure safe transport and storage.
•Label items and shipments correctly according to company and shipping standards.
•Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles safely.
•Move goods around the warehouse using lifting equipment or hand-trucks.
•Sort and organize stock to maintain an orderly warehouse.
•Assist in the preparation and completion of shipping documentation.
•Support inventory audits and regular cycle counts.
•Collaborate effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Requirements:
•Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
•Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
•Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
•Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
•Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
•A valid forklift license would be advantageous but is not required.
