Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales process and regulatory requirements for unlicensed medicines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and account management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
