Exciting opportunity for an Accountant with 2-3 years experience.

• Perform accounting duties under limited supervision. Well-organized with an ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Prioritize heavy workloads and adapt to unanticipated requests/projects.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to prepare schedules and journal entries to support general ledger accounts. Coordination and development of budgets and projections.

• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and analysis reports for related P&L accounts. Assist with monthly close processes.

• Recognize patterns, trends or missing pieces when analyzing data and take the appropriate actions.

• Able to perform variance analysis, labor efficiency, labor and OH spend analysis, cost estimates, budgets, standard updates, journal entries and account reconciliations.
