Our client, a leading medical company, is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a key role ensuring compliance, safe operations, and a strong safety culture across their clinical and laboratory environments.

The Role

As EHS Advisor, you will:

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety legislation and industry standards.

• Develop and deliver EHS training, inductions, and toolbox talks.

• Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.

• Partner with management to embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in an EHS role, ideally within medical, pharma, healthcare, or laboratory environments.

• Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation (HSA) and relevant healthcare standards.

• NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required; ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 exposure an advantage.

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage staff at all levels.

• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity.
