Gastroenterology Key Account Manager

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive the promotion of a launch brand through the provision of information and education to designated stakeholders involved in the treatment of Gastroenterology

Effectively communicate product characteristics across a range of stakeholders with the goal of achieving defined targets

Develop strong relationships with HCPs on the basis of trust and added value in the form of personal expertise and the ability to facilitate HCP’s to achieve their patient care objectives

Identify and understand the priorities and challenges of all stakeholders within accounts

Proactively identify emerging account needs and leverage these to facilitate co-created solutions with HCPs

Accountable for the development of Account plans to maximise sales and growth opportunities in line with the brand strategy.

Professional Experience & Education

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or Nursing

Rheumatology Experience essential 

Demonstrated customer orientation and natural relationship-building capability

Proven track record in sales with continued demonstrated strong performance and achievement of sales targets 

In-depth understanding of Key Account Management

Experience in co-creation with customers in project ideation and implementation 

Hands-on timely and structured approach with accountability 

Flexible team member with positive proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders

Takes personal ownership for maintaining an expert understanding of all developments within the relevant therapeutic area
