My client is hiring a Financial Controller to maintain the Group Finances.

Duties Incluce:

• Preparation of the Companies Group  financial statements
• Liaise with external Auditors
• Management of the year-end audits
• Responsible for all acquisition and technical accounting 
• Timely manner of all tax returns (corporation and direct tax)
•  Working with our external advisors, to lead the tax planning 
• Implement and develop the tax transfer pricing policies
• Ad-hoc project work

Requirements:

• ACA,ACCA or CPA Qualified
• Suitable for a newly qualified accountant or person with some industrial experience
• Strong technical accounting skillset
• Comfortable around taxation compliance
