Operations Support Specialist
Job description
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support within the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting the Temporary Recruitment Division. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in supporting projects and operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and operations of the Temporary Recruitment division 
- Directly engaging candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media creating a pipeline for future roles 
- Creating and Posting job advertisements in liaison with marketing Executive 
- Actively headhunt, approach and interview candidates developing a network of candidates 
- Screening candidates over the phone, by email, in person and/or via Teams. 
- Manage and update the company CRM database to ensure that all details are documented correctly. 
- Completing onboarding and reference checks for new starters alongside HR Administrator 
- Supporting training requirements of candidates in preparation for future positions 
- Supporting in Client Account Management 
- Supporting in Business Development and attracting new clients & candidates. 
- Prioritising own workload to ensure that demands are met within the appropriate timescales. 
- To be an effective communicator at all levels, both within and outside the business. 
- Assist with the implementation of processes and procedures business wide 
- Handling all incoming calls to the desk, assisting with all queries in a timely, professional manner 
- Support the Operations Director in the development and management of other key projects such as Graduate Programme, MSL Academy, HR Services Division, or other key strategic projects. 
- To work towards KPI’s and follow targets and objectives. 
- Support the monitoring and analysing of operational performance metrics, 
- Other duties as required 
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations support or a similar role. 
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management. 
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders. 
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
