We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Pharmacy Team Leader to lead, motivate, and support a team of Pharmacy Representatives promoting our pharmaceutical portfolio to retail pharmacies across Ireland.
This role requires a balance of strategic territory management, team leadership, and hands-on sales execution. The successful candidate will drive performance, develop key pharmacy relationships, and ensure the delivery of commercial goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Pharmacy Representatives to achieve and exceed sales and activity targets.

Provide regular field coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to enhance team capability and engagement.

Manage territory allocation, activity planning, and reporting to maximize coverage and efficiency.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Sales & Relationship Management

Oversee and support the promotion and sale of company products within the retail pharmacy sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and front-of-shop teams.

Work closely with key accounts and buying groups to drive distribution, visibility, and sell-out performance.

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf placement opportunities with key retail partners.
Training & Product Knowledge

Ensure team members are fully trained on product features, therapeutic benefits, and competitive advantages.

Deliver or coordinate product education sessions for pharmacy teams to increase product knowledge and advocacy.
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Provide regular feedback to marketing and sales management to inform strategy and campaigns.

Use CRM and data analytics to track performance, optimize coverage, and identify high-potential pharmacies.
Compliance & Standards

Ensure all team activities comply with company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and customer focus in all interactions.
