Project Coordinator – Biopharmaceutical 
Location: Co. Meath

A leading biopharmaceutical project in Co. Meath is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Scheduler to join a high-profile site start-up. This pivotal role involves developing and maintaining a fully integrated Site Portfolio Schedule, aligning multiple project plans from capital investment through to PPQ and commercial supply readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Site Integrated Schedule using MS Project and Primavera.

  • Lead scheduling workshops and integrate multiple sub-project schedules.

  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and produce weekly reporting for leadership teams.

  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and global project integration teams.

  • Identify scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.

  • Proven background supporting major capital projects, including MES/MBR implementation.

  • Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project is essential.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and liaise with senior stakeholders.

  • Degree in a relevant scientific/technical field (Level 7 or 8 preferred); PMP qualification is an advantage.
