About the Role

This Medical Device Product Specialist position is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, commercially minded candidate who is seeking to build a long-term sales and marketing career within the medical devices sector.

Territory:
Dublin / Leinster

The Ideal Candidate:

Applicants must hold a third-level qualification (minimum: NFQ Level 8, Honours Bachelor Degree) and preferably have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Healthcare (experience in a healthcare environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided)

  • Business (B2B Sales/Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Commerce)

  • Engineering (Biomedical, Biochemical)

  • Science (R&D, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Mathematics, Biology)

The role will suit self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, an engaging presenter, and someone who enjoys building lasting professional relationships. A solution-focused attitude and resilience in the face of challenges are essential.

  • Promoting surgical devices and healthcare solutions to medical professionals

  • Gathering and sharing insights on territory performance, customer needs, business opportunities, competitor activity, and market trends

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships based on trust and credibility
