Machine Operators (Print Press)
Position Type: Temporary (3 months initially, with potential to become permanent)
Shift Pattern: Two-shift cycle (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm / 4:00pm–12:00am) - NO WEEKENDS
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible forsetting up and operating print press machinery, monitoring production performance, and ensuring output meets strict quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
Strong technical / engineering acumen. Experience in medical devices, pharma, or GMP is preferred. Strong attention to detail, motivation, and commitment are essential.
What you’ll do:
Follow procedures and carry out inspections, label products, meet production targets, and maintain strict GMP & health and safety standards in a cleanroom environment.

Proven experience in production supervision or management, ideally in medical devices, pharma, or another GMP-regulated industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on people management, efficiency, and quality.

Lead and coordinate daily production operations, manage and support your team, monitor performance and quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with GMP, health & safety, and company standards.
