Haematology Account Manager

We are seeking a Haematology Account Manager for a renowned Pharmaceutical company for a twelve month contract to begin.  The successful applicant will be instrumental in driving the continued success of a leading haemotology product consolidating our growing leadership position in the field of Haematology and working collaboratively with our relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve this will be critical.

The successful applicant should have and exhibit the following:

  • Proven track record in a secondary care field sales role with experience of working the major teaching hospitals

  • Strong selling and relationship building skills

  • A creative thinker: a top performer with determination, passion and high levels of motivation.

  • Accountable and committed to delivering strong results

  • The ability to learn, understand and apply complex information quickly in the HSE environment

  • The ability to handle complex technical and clinical information and business challenges.

  • The ability to identify new opportunities and develop solutions to manage competitor activity.

  • Enjoys and is highly effective when working with others, both within own team and cross-functionally

  • Flexibility in order to respond to changing business needs.

  • Pro-active, positive, innovative, ‘can do’ attitude

  • Willingness to engage, learn and share best practice across the team and organization
